Membership Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These terms apply to Magni Fitness memberships and sessions. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle your personal data.
Who we are
Magni Fitness LTD ("Magni Fitness", "we") is a small group personal training business based at Hop Drying Building 1, Forstal Farm Business Park, TN3 8AG. If you have any questions about these terms, email management@magnifitness.co.uk.
How membership works
Memberships are purchased and paid for through FitnessHub, our booking and membership platform, not on this website. FitnessHub handles your signup, your session bookings, and your recurring payments through our nominated payment provider. These terms cover the membership itself; FitnessHub's own terms cover your use of their platform.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Because you sign up online, UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you 14 days from the day you join to cancel for any reason and get a full refund. If you ask us to start your membership straight away and then cancel within the 14 days, we may deduct a fair amount for any sessions you've already had. To cancel within this window, email management@magnifitness.co.uk. After the 14 days, the ongoing cancellation terms below apply instead.
Ongoing membership and cancelling
Mid Tier and Unlimited memberships roll monthly with no minimum term. To cancel, give us at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date. You'll be charged for that notice period even if you stop attending sessions during it, so the simplest approach is to cancel as soon as you know you want to stop.
Credits
Mid Tier includes 20 credits a month. Unused credits do not roll over — your balance resets to 20 at the start of each billing month. A Build session costs 2 credits and a Breathe session costs 1 credit. Pay As You Go credits are bought outright and do not expire.
Booking, cancelling, and missing a session
You can cancel or reschedule a booked session free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts. Cancelling later than that, or not showing up, forfeits the credit(s) for that session, since your coach has reserved your place in a small group. If this happens often, we'll get in touch to see what's going on before taking anything further.
Prices and changes
Standard prices can change from time to time. If we increase prices, we'll give existing members at least 30 days' written notice by email before it takes effect. Founding member pricing is locked for as long as your membership continues without a gap (see the Founding Forty offer below) and isn't affected by later price rises.
The Founding Forty offer
The first 40 people to join get 20% off their membership for life, plus August 2026 completely free, no joining fee, using the code FOUNDER at checkout. The offer ends when all 40 spots are filled or when we open on 1st August 2026, whichever comes first, and won't return afterwards.
"For life" means for as long as your membership continues without a gap. If you cancel your membership at any point, you lose founding pricing — rejoining later means joining at whatever the standard rate is at that time, not your original founding rate.
Health and safety
Physical training carries an inherent risk of injury, and you take part at your own risk. Please tell your coach about any injury, condition, or medication that might affect your training before your first session, and follow your coach's guidance during sessions. We are not liable for injury except where it results from our own negligence, and nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under UK law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Facility and conduct
We may occasionally need to change session times, coaches, or close the facility (for example on bank holidays or for essential maintenance) — we'll give reasonable notice where we can. We ask everyone to treat coaches, other members, and the equipment with respect. In the case of serious or repeated misconduct, we may end a membership without refunding the current billing period.
Photography and social media
We sometimes photograph or film sessions for our website and social media. If you'd rather not appear, just tell your coach and we'll respect that. We won't use identifiable images of under-18s without separate written consent from a parent or guardian.
Complaints
If anything about your membership isn't right, email management@magnifitness.co.uk and we'll do our best to sort it out directly.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that affects existing members, we'll update this page and let members know by email. Continuing your membership after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your other statutory rights as a consumer.
